- Born in Trenton NJ, raised in Titusville NJ and Bucks County PA, Tulane University in New Orleans, Rutgers Graduate School of Management in Piscataway, NJ, Career predominately in New Jersey.
- Credentials: Professional Engineer (NJ and PA), MBA, Certified Energy Manager, Certified Energy Procurement Professional.
- 16-year resident of Montgomery Township.
- Three children, Montgomery High School Graduates, all college graduates.
- Boy Scouts Troop 46 Committee Member. Led scuba adventure week in Florida, Led Energy Merit badge: PSE&G Salem Nuclear Plant Tour and PPL Tour, Led Habitat for Humanity project in Carney’s point NJ.
- Career based on energy and energy related construction: Exxon, RG Vanderweil Engineers, Mack-Cali, EnergyPlus Solutions.
- Career extracurricular: NJ National Association of Office Properties, NJ Building Owners and Managers Association.

about the campaign
PLATFORM
- Creating a stable, welcoming and profitable business environment in the state. Includes eliminating harmful business closures and limitations on commerce and travel, as advised by scientific authorities.
- Reducing costs for residents and consumers, which in many cases are a direct result of state action. Overall taxation in New Jersey is among the highest of all states, coupled with an equally outsized state regulatory burden, commerce and residence in the state is far more difficult than is needed. Notable examples include the recent constitutional amendment which allows the governor to change the gas tax rate at will, an extremely regressive form of taxation that touches all areas of life. As well as the state's energy master plan, which imposes significant costs on energy production, consumption and transportation costs, with no clear benefit to the citizenry.
- Political, ethnic and gender radicalism in our public schools is on the rise and constitutes a severe infraction on the right of parents to instill the values they wish to with their children. Education is one of the most vital preconditions for a productive life and should not be treated as the political tool it currently is.
- Refunding the police and NOT defunding the police. A staunch supporter, Jeff stands with the men and women in blue!
